fedora port

I’ve finished the fedora port today. I got stuck on the end on Security Enhanced Linux (SElinux), which is installed by default on fedora but not on ubuntu, where I developed ExpressionPlot. This prevented the CGI scripts from accessing files (like Perl modules!) in certain directories. For now I just turned it off:

sudo setenforce 0

It would be good to figure out a more elegant way of letting ExpressionPlot run on a system with SElinux, but first I need to learn more about it.
